Maranda Joiner is a speaker, leadership strategist, and facilitator who helps leaders and organizations clarify what isn't working and develop practical strategies to move forward. Her approach combines human-first leadership, emotional intelligence, and practical strategy to strengthen how leaders communicate, make decisions, navigate challenges, and lead people.

She is the CEO and co-founder of Succeed and Elevate, a nonprofit strengthening the small business ecosystem through leadership development, capacity building, and mental and emotional well-being. The organization creates programs, cohorts, and strategic partnerships that equip entrepreneurs and emerging leaders with tools and resources to grow.

Maranda develops leadership and business programming, leads cohorts for small business owners, and facilitates workshops for professionals and organizations across sectors. Her work focuses on leadership, communication, team dynamics, emotional intelligence, and the challenges that affect how people and organizations perform. Through this work, she trains and facilitates conversations with hundreds of small business owners and leaders.

Maranda has partnered with organizations including JPMorgan Chase, The Bean Path, and Innovate Mississippi to develop and facilitate programming for entrepreneurs and emerging business owners. She also works with corporate, nonprofit, civic, and community organizations through leadership training, facilitation, and speaking.

Maranda serves on the board of the Greater Jackson Chamber Partnership and Premier Teacher Support Foundation and on the Community Advisory Council for the Mississippi Museum of Art. She is also the author of A Lot A Like: What Every Entrepreneur Should Know About Branding and Purpose.
